E-POLES: DIGITAL NORDIC WALKING
Gabel e-poles is an integrated electronic/digital platform
capable of acquiring and analyzing a series of kinematic parameters, detectable
during motor activity, especially with the Nordic Walking technique. The first
and only product that stores and makes available information on motor activity,
including the upper body, via smartphone and the web. e-poles registers and
analyzes numerous parameters during Nordic walking, evaluates the correctness
of the implementation, and, therefore, the effectiveness of the selected
physical activity program aimed at improving the body.
